At Galleria Furniture Outlet, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home furnishings. If your selection isn't the perfect fit, you may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, subject to a restocking fee.

Return Process

  Contact our customer service team via email or phone within 14 days of receiving your furniture to obtain a Return Authorization Number.

  Prepare the Item

  Ensure the furniture is in its original, unassembled condition and securely packed in the original manufacturer packaging to prevent damage during transit.

  Schedule Pickup or Drop-off

  Coordinate with our logistics team to schedule a professional pickup for large items or drop off smaller accessories at our designated outlet warehouse.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items and confirms their condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
